As you are aware, there are immunization requirements that impact 7th and 12th grade students. 

Beginning with the 2020-21 school year, students entering 12th grade will be required to have a booster (second) dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine if they have not already received one.  All 7th graders must present proof of immunization for a TDap Booster and Meningococcal Vaccines. This is time sensitive and all immunization records must be turned in to the school by October 30th.
